Hyundai Santa Cruz: Interior Trim / Rear Pillar Trim

- Component Location

1. Rear pillar trim (Lower)
2. Rear pillar trim (Upper)

• When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.

• Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

• Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.

1.Remove the rear door scuff trim.(Refer to Interior Trim -"Door Scuff Trim")

2.Remove the rear seat assembly.(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

3.Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the rear pillar trim (A).

Tightening torque :3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb-ft)

4.To install, reverse removal procedure.

• Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).

1.Remove the rear seat assembly.(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.Remove the patition upper trim.(Refer to Interior Trim - "Patition Upper Trim")

3.Loosen the mounting bolts, remove the rear pillar trim (A).

Tightening torque :3.9 - 5.9 N.m (0.4 - 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 - 4.3 lb-ft)

4.To install, reverse removal procedure.

• Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).
