Hyundai Santa Cruz: Rear Seat / Rear Seat Back Cover

1. Rear seat back cover

• Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.

• Take care not to bend or scratch the rear seat assembly.

1.Remove the rear seat back assembly.(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.Press the lock pin, remove the rear seat headrest (A).

3.Remove the headrest guides (A).

4.Remove the protector (A) from the rear seat back frame.

5.Remove the rear seat back cover (A) from the rear seat back frame.

6.After removing the velcro tape (A) and hog-ring clips (B) inside the front seat back cover, remove the seat back cover (C).

• Be careful not to deviate from the pads, insert wires, and aplix.

7.To install, reverse the removal procedure.

• Make sure that the connectors are connected completely

• Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).

• To prevent wrinkles, make sure that the cover (B) is stretched evenly before connecting the hog-ring clips (A).

• Replace the hog-ring clips with new ones using special tool (C) (09880-4F000).
