Hyundai Santa Cruz: Surround View Monitor (SVM) / Surround View Monitor (SVM) Camera

- Components [Ultra Optical Camera - RH/LH]

• In case of bad quality or poor focus, be sure to check the camera lense surface condition and foreign materials.

1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.Remove the front bumper assembly.(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Assembly")

3.Disconnect the connector, loosen the mounting screws and remove the SVM front camera (A).

1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.Disconnect the liftgate handle connector (A).

3.Loosen the mounting nuts, remove the liftgate handle assembly (A).

Tightening torque :19.6 - 29.4 N.m (2.0 - 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 - 21.7 lb-ft)

4.Disconnect the liftgate handle connector (A).

5.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the rear view camera (A).

1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2.Remove the outside mirror cover.(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Power Door Mirror Actuator")

3.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the SVM left/right camera (A).

1.To install, reverse the removal procedure.
